The #1 goal of SureWay Health has always been to keep hospitals stocked with the masks they need. Everyone has heard of the PPE shortages in the United States. We were 100% dedicated to solving these shortages from March to September of 2020.  

Now we have begun to also provide the general public with masks for everyday use. The two supply chains are not mutually exclusive. They are jointly beneficial.  Here's how:

Consumer demand allow us to place larger orders with the manufacturer, which gives us priority in their shipping queue. By offering the product to you we are able to maintain a constant level of production at the factory level, which evens out large swings in the medical ordering process. By placing larger factory orders we can be ready when a major health system calls.  In some rare instances, consumer orders may be briefly delayed if inventory must be reallocated to our medical customers quickly.

We strive to ship out every SureWay Health order the same day the order is placed. Our daily cutoff time is 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time (12 noon Pacific Time). Orders placed after the cutoff time will receive their tracking number the following morning for first carrier pickups. 

All orders ship via UPS or USPS (The US Postal Service). You will first receive an order confirmation email immediately. It will be followed by a tracking confirmation email that is sent when your package is scanned into the carrier's system.  All US Continental orders  deliver within 1 to 3 business days (including USPS Saturday delivery).

For Nearby International (Canada / Mexico) and non-continental US (Hawaii / Alaska) orders please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. All other international deliveries should be expected within 7 to 14 businesses days.
