RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SureWay Health order!

Items purchased from SureWayHealth.com are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns purchased from SureWayHealth.com and cannot process merchandise purchased in physical store, on another website, or from one our re-seller agents. All returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, undamaged, and accompanied by their original email order receipt.

We offer pre-paid return labels for qualifying returns for eligible products and orders. Please note that not all products offered on this website are eligible for pre-paid return service.

Once we receive the product, we will credit your original payment method with the cost of what you paid for the returned product excluding the price of shipping.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at cs@surewayhealth.com as quickly as possible. If your order has already been fulfilled and you've received shipping confirmation, please refer to return policy.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you received the wrong item, you should send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. Please first email us at cs@surewayhealth.com and then we will have you complete the form below to generate an automatic return label for the incorrect shipment. All incorrect items will be sent back using USPS Priority Mail, and we will send out the correct items as soon as the return shipment tracking starts moving towards us. In this situation, you will receive a full refund for any and all shipping cost.

LOST OR MISSING ITEMS

Please note that we do ship items in separate shipments. If your order is larger, then it is possible that your one shipment will contain multiple packages. In this situation the total number of packages will be marked on the labels of each package (X of Y) and will be noted in the shipment tracking details.

However, if your package is delivered with items missing from your order, please email cs@surewayhealth.com so we can quickly get your issue resolved. 

TRY-ON MASK POLICY

Please note that if you removed one mask from its package or box in order to try it on, then the order may be eligible for a return on a case-by-case basis. Most of our competitors do not offer this service, but we understand the importance of fit testing your mask or respirator. If you would like to return an order after trying one mask on, please dispose of the “try on” mask and DO NOT include it in your return shipment.

Any return shipments that are determined to contain worn masks will not be accepted and credit will not be applied. If your return shipment contains less than the original order count minus one unit then credit will also not be applied. For future fit-testing please consider ordering our forthcoming Fit Kit, which will be available soon. 

MAKING A RETURN

1 - First, gather your order information from the automated email that was sent to you email address when your order shipped. You will need your order number, shipping zip code, order date, and SKU number of the product you would like to return. If you did not receive this email, then please contact our customer service team at cs@surewayhealth.com

2 - Second, scroll to the bottom of this page. There you will find our automated returns form. Please use information from your order email to complete this form.

3 - Third, on completion of the form you will be re-directed to another webpage which will help to determine if your order is eligible for a pre-paid return based on the information provided. Please provide any additional information requested and click the “Submit Request” button.

4 - Fourth, if your order qualifies, then you will see a green “Print Return label” button which will automatically generate a pre-paid return label for you. Please then print the label from your web browser.

5 - Fifth, place your return items in the same or similar package to the one they came in. Then seal the package and tape the return label to the outside of the package.

6 - Finally, either take the package to your local post office or schedule a pickup for your package by visiting the United States Postal Service (USPS) website pickup form at the following web address:

Please note that all pre-paid return labels will be process with USPS even if the item was shipped to you using another carrier.
